Envirothon NB is a provincial, bilingual, high school, environmental, education competition held annually in Spring. Envirothon ScholarshipsMount Allison Unviersity Mount Allison University offers a scholarship of $1,000 to a participant in an Envirothon team in Canada or the United States who places in the top first, second or third place in the annual competition, and who attends Mount Allison University. This award is offered in addition to any Mount Allison Entrance Scholarship that the applicant might receive and is applicable for any degree program. Selection for this scholarship is based on academic achievement. University of New Brunswick Field: Forestry, Forest Engineering, or Environment and Natural Resources. Value: Up to $500. Number: 1 or more. Duration: 1 year. Conditions: Awarded to Fredericton campus students who have been accepted to an undergraduate degree program in the Faculty of Forestry and Environmental Management and have participated in an Envirothon team in Canada or United States. Envirothon is an environmental competition program for teams from high schools, administered by the Canadian Forestry Association of New Brunswick provincially and sponsored by Canon (at the North American level). Selection is based on academic achievement. Transfer students may be considered. Awarding Agency: The University on the recommendation of the Faculty of Forestry and Environmental Management. Acadia University Acadia University will offer $500 tuition awards to any Envirothon participants and $1000 awards to any finalists in this year's upcoming competition, should they choose to attend Acadia University.
