Join a committee!



Logistics

The logistics sub-committee is responsible for competition facilities, scheduling, meals, accommodations, safety, insurance, etc., and acts as support for other sub-committees.

Transportation

The Transportation sub-committee is responsible for all transportation needs of the competition such as airport shuttle, rental vehicles, tours, and testing & training field site routes.

Education Testing and Training

The Education Testing and Training sub-committee is responsible for the selection of judges, test development, training day, testing day, and the current environmental issue: oral presentation.

Visitor Services

The Visitor Services sub-committee is responsible for registration process, tours, hospitality and entertainment, opening and closing ceremonies, team and guest needs.

Fundraising

The Fundraising sub-committee is responsible for developing strong partnerships that will provide financial assistance, and in-kind contributions such as resource and materials, venues, and volunteers.

Finances

The Finance sub-committee will work with CFANB, Canon Envirothon and the Fundraising sub-committee to ensure that all financial requirements are met.

Language

The language sub-committee is responsible for providing materials and services in French where requested. It is also the responsibility of the committee to ensure that all bilingual requirements throughout the competition are met.

Volunteers

The Volunteer sub-committee is responsible for volunteer recruitment, scheduling, delegating, and distribution of information.

Public Relations

The Public Relations sub-committee is responsible for media coverage, website updates, and partnership recognition.
